Chicago Cupboards and black bench

We just put these out on the floor and they are all 3 fabulous pieces.

First, we have a Chicago Cupboard that is 88 1/2" tall, 82" wide and 15 1/2" deep.  Great looking piece! $2300.

Next, we have another Chicago cabinet and this one has leaded glass in the bookcase section.  Measures 82" wide, 70 1/2" tall and approx 25" deep.  $2200 SOLD!!!

And last, but definitely not least, we have this cute black bench.  Measures 62" wide X 16" deep and is 18 1/2" tall.  $190

Another piece from our rough room.  This piece needs some tlc to reattach some trim and refinish it.  The end result will be a beautiful vanity with a mirror. 

Chicago Cupboard in the rough! $895

I love to showcase the Chicago Cupboards/cabinets once we have them refinished.  Thought I'd show you what they look like when I first get them.  This one is available in our rough room if you'd like to do the work yourself. Somewhere under all the paint is nice oak. Seeing through all the problems of a piece is something I enjoy. 

Garden Iron

I'm not one for decorating outside of the house, but I know a lot of people do.  We are starting to get our garden iron in, with more arriving over the next few months.  We will have gazebos, arbors, planters, trellis, pigs, neat roosters, and benches.  If you are needing an arbor for your wedding or other summer celebration, we will be renting them for $50 for one week. 

I'm also trying my hand at making concrete items for your yard.  Right now I'm perfecting frogs and planters.  Hoping to get started on benches soon!

Measures 63 5/8" wide, 29 1/2" deep and is 46" tall.  Painted in our black finish with an oak top.
